I spent 8 years getting fitness wrong. Then 1 year getting it right.
This is the difference — and the entire reason this site exists.
I started lifting at 18. No athletic background. I read bodybuilding.com, listened to whatever the gym trainers told me, and worked hard. For eight years.
It didn't work. Not in the way people promise it will. I'd get somewhere, then fall off. Try a new program. Get somewhere else. Fall off again. In between, I was running businesses, partying on weekends, smoking, eating whatever was around. The body I wanted stayed about three years away — always three years away, no matter what year it was.
What changed wasn't motivation. I'd had plenty of that. What changed was understanding. Once I understood what calories actually do, what protein actually does, why training to failure matters more than the program you're on, why sleep is the multiplier and not the afterthought — the body I'd been chasing showed up in roughly twelve months.
Eight years of effort. One year of understanding. That ratio is the entire reason this site exists.
I run a logistics business in Lucknow. I'm not a certified nutritionist. I'm not a personal trainer. I'm an operator who noticed that coaching, supplements, and 30-day programs get sold to people who mostly just needed to be taught how their body works — so I decided to teach that part instead.
So that's what I do here. I teach the fundamentals — properly, slowly, with the math shown, like I'm explaining to a smart 14-year-old who deserves the truth and not a sales pitch.
You don't need a coach. You probably don't need most of the supplements you've been told to buy. You need to understand four things — Fuel, Train, Recover, Rewire — well enough that you can run your own body for the next forty years without outsourcing the operating manual.
